日本ではまだほとんど知られていない、熱帯特有のハリナシバチの蜂蜜（マレーシア産）です。プロポリスが自然に溶け込んだ甘酸っぱいハチミツです。

POT HONEYでは初めての、Geniotrigona thoracica100%のはちみつです。
果樹などが栽培されている、森にほど近い環境で採蜜されました。
ブルーベリーなどは栽培されていないにも関わらず、ブルーベリーのような味わいがする不思議な蜂蜜です。どこかマヨネーズを感じさせる特徴的な酸味もユニークです。そうした味わいにも関係しているのか、とてもミネラルが豊富。特にナトリウムは他のポットハニーが（3～7㎎/100g）程度なのに対し、50㎎/100gもあります。
（自然のものですので製造ロットによって多少の風味、成分のの違いがあります）
