日本ではまだほとんど知られていない、熱帯特有のハリナシバチの蜂蜜（マレーシア産）です。プロポリスが自然に溶け込んだ甘酸っぱいハチミツです。

果樹園で採蜜された果樹主体の百花蜜です。
酸味と甘みのバランスが良く、ベリー系果実の風味とかすかな爽快感があります。ハリナシバチ蜜本来のシロップのようにさらさらの質感が特徴です。冷たい水にも溶けやすいのでドリンクなどにもピッタリです。
（自然のものですので製造ロットによって多少の風味の違いがあります）
