【賞味期限2023.12】ハリナシバチの蜂蜜　　POT HONEY　アカシア/ T.b　40g

さらりとした質感にプロポリス由来の果物のような酸味があるのがポットハニー（ハリナシバチ蜜）の特徴ですが、この「アカシア/T.b」はそのなかでも最も酸味がきつく、ポリフェノールを多く含むたいへん希少な蜜です。
蜂蜜とは思えない、樹木のような香りと強い酸味、かすかな甘みが癖になります。
バルサミコ酢のような味わいで、ドレッシングなどにも使えます。

さらに、こちらの蜂蜜、蜜源は「POT HONEY　アカシア・マンギウム」と同じです。異なるのはハリナシバチの種類。植物で味が変わるだけでなく、ハチの種類でも味が変わる不思議なポットハニーの世界の一端をお楽しみいただけます。

（注意）
・通常は黒っぽい蜜ですが、冬を越すと結晶とまではいかないものの茶色い濁りが生じ、底部に結晶化した糖分が5ミリほどたまる場合があります。（※写真3枚目）。
・採集時期や保存期間によって蜜の色や風味に若干の違いがありますが、品質には問題ございません。
