日本ではまだほとんど知られていない、熱帯特有のハリナシバチの蜂蜜（マレーシア産）です。プロポリスが自然に溶け込んだ甘酸っぱいハチミツです。

マメ科の樹木、アカシア・マンギウムの植林地で採蜜された蜂蜜です。
シャープな甘酸っぱさとどこかハーブのような風味が特徴です。
実はこちらの蜜は、花の蜜ではなくて、アカシアの葉の根元の花外蜜腺から出る蜜をハチが集めたもの。甘露蜜といわれます。花粉の混入が少なく、クリアな蜜です。
非加熱濃縮により、ハチミツ本来の成分を損なわずにややトロリとした質感が特徴です。
しみこみにくいので、パンなどにもお使いいただけます。
